Trenchless sewer repair

A new sewer line without tearing up your property

With pipe bursting, we dig two small access points, one at each end of the damaged line. A cone-shaped steel bursting head attached to new HDPE pipe is pulled through the old line with hydraulic power. It breaks the old pipe outward into the soil and pulls the new pipe in behind it.

It is not a patch or a liner. It is a complete replacement, and we finish most jobs in a single day.

Signs you need it

Signs you need trenchless sewer repair, not cleaning

If cleaning only buys you a few weeks, the pipe itself is the problem.

Collapsed or broken pipe

Camera footage shows missing or crushed sections.

Roots keep coming back

Roots grow back through cracks after every cleaning.

Bellied line

A sag holds water and waste and keeps clogging.

Sewage in the yard

Wet spots, odors or sinkholes over the line.

Old clay or cast iron

Lines past their service life crack and corrode.

Constant backups

Repeated calls for the same line cost more than fixing it.

HDPE stands for high-density polyethylene. This flexible thermoplastic
material is highly resistant to chemical corrosion, helps deter root
intrusion, and forms strong, leak-free joints using heat fusion.
HDPE piping is an ideal long-term solution for sewer line replacement.

HDPE pipes are designed to last between 50 and 100 years. They are not
a temporary fix, but rather a long-term investment that provides
durability, reliability, and peace of mind for property owners.

Pipe bursting is recommended when a sewer line is collapsed, broken,
severely cracked, or beyond repair. It allows for full pipe
replacement when patching or lining is no longer a viable option.

Pipe bursting typically requires only two small access points—one near
the home and one near the sewer main connection. This avoids the need
for long trenches that would otherwise cut through yards, sidewalks,
or driveways.

Often, yes. Pipe bursting can replace undersized sewer lines—such as
upgrading a 3-inch pipe to a 4-inch line—along the same pathway,
improving flow capacity and reducing the risk of future backups.

During pipe bursting, the existing pipe is fractured and displaced
outward into the surrounding soil as the new HDPE pipe is pulled into
place. This process usually eliminates the need to remove or dispose
of the old pipe.

We can confirm whether your sewer line needs rehabilitation with a camera inspection. We’ll show you the inside of your pipes, point out issues such as cracks, corrosion, or separated joints, and then recommend the best solution for your situation.

Yes. It’s the same trenchless technology. We use the term “rehabilitation” to describe the proactive work of restoring aging pipes before they break down.

We complete most El Paso residential projects in a single day. Commercial projects may take longer depending on the size of the system and the condition of the piping.

Our epoxy liners can bond to most common pipe materials, including clay, cast iron, PVC, and concrete.

Cost depends on the length and condition of your sewer line. In many cases, rehabilitation is typically 30–50% less expensive than traditional excavation-based replacement and is far less disruptive to your property.

Yes. An epoxy liner creates a smooth, seamless interior that covers cracks and reduces rough spots where deposits can collect. This usually means better flow, fewer backups, and longer pipe life—especially in El Paso, where hard-water buildup can be aggressive.
