Where we work

One El Paso crew, nine neighborhoods, very different sewer lines

U.T. Trenchless provides trenchless sewer repair, hydro jetting, drain cleaning, sewer camera inspections, smoke testing and pipe lining across El Paso and Socorro, TX. Our shop is at 8408 Valdespino Street in the Lower Valley, and we serve West El Paso, the Upper Valley, Central El Paso, Downtown, Northeast El Paso, East El Paso, Far East El Paso, the Lower Valley and Mission Valley, and the City of Socorro.

Every part of town has its own sewer story. Central and Downtown homes and buildings date back a century, the Northeast and East Side grew fast in the 1950s to the 1970s, the Upper and Lower Valleys sit on wet river-valley soil, and much of the Far East was built after 2000. That’s why every job starts with a camera, and why each area page below explains what we typically find there.

How it works

How every job works, in every area

Four documented steps, from the first camera run to the final check.

1

Inspect

A camera goes into the line first to find the exact problem and where it is.

2

Report

You get photos, video and a plain-English explanation of what we found and your repair options.

3

Fix

Jetting, lining or a trenchless repair, whichever solves the cause, not just the symptom.

4

Verify

We run the camera again after the work and document the result for your records.

U.T. Trenchless service vans in El Paso equipped for smoke testing and sewer diagnostics

We serve West El Paso, the Upper Valley, Central El Paso, Downtown, Northeast El Paso, East El Paso, Far East El Paso, the Lower Valley and Mission Valley, and the City of Socorro, TX. Our shop is at 8408 Valdespino Street in the Lower Valley.

Check the area pages above for neighborhoods and ZIP codes, or call (915) 858 0166 with your address and we’ll confirm.

Inside El Paso, El Paso Water says property owners are responsible for the sewer service line from the tap at the main into the property. In Socorro and other areas served by the Lower Valley Water District, the line on your property is also yours. That private line is what we inspect, clean and repair.

Yes. We work on restaurants, apartments, medical offices, retail and warehouses across El Paso and Socorro, and we plan visits around your business hours.

Sewer problems look alike from the outside, but the fix for roots, scale, a sag or a cracked pipe is different. The camera shows the cause and location first, so you only pay for the repair you actually need.

Yes. Beyond the city, our service areas include Socorro, Horizon City, San Elizario, Canutillo and much of the Lower Valley, and we regularly work in nearby unincorporated neighborhoods. If you are not sure whether you are covered, call with your address and we will tell you right away.

No. We don’t price by ZIP code. The cost depends on what the camera shows: pipe material, depth, length, access and whether the line can be lined or needs a section replaced. You get a written quote before any work starts, wherever you are.

Central El Paso and Downtown have many of the oldest lines, often clay or cast iron from before the 1970s, followed by parts of the Lower Valley and the older sections of the Northeast and East Side. Older pipe is more likely to crack, scale or let roots in, so a camera inspection is worth it before buying or remodeling.

We are based in El Paso and run crews across all of our service areas every day, so most calls are scheduled quickly. For a backup or overflow, call and we will give you a real arrival window on the phone. Planned work like camera inspections, hydro jetting and trenchless lining is booked at a time that suits you.

Yes. Our trenchless equipment goes wherever we work, from West El Paso to Socorro. Whether lining is the right fix depends on the pipe itself, not the neighborhood, so we camera the line first and tell you honestly if a dig-and-replace section is needed instead.
