U.T. Trenchless is based at 8408 Valdespino Street in El Paso’s Lower Valley, and we provide sewer camera inspections, hydro jetting, drain cleaning and trenchless sewer repair throughout the Lower Valley and Mission Valley, including ZIP codes 79907 and 79915. We work in Ysleta, Alta Vista, Cedar Grove Park, Del Norte Heights, Hacienda Heights, Hidden Valley, Loma Terrace, Mesa Vista, Thomas Manor, Rosedale Manor, San José and Walnut Acres, along the Mission Trail near Ysleta Mission (1682).
Much of the Lower Valley was built from the 1950s to the 1970s, so cast iron and clay sewer lines are common here. The ground matters too: Rio Grande deposits below Ysleta carry a large share of clay, silt and fine sand, and decades of irrigation have raised the water table. Wet, shifting ground and older pipe are why roots, cracks and sags show up so often, and why we inspect on camera before recommending anything.

Older homes, river-valley soil and irrigated yards give Lower Valley sewer lines a hard life.
Thousands of Lower Valley homes date from the 1950s to the 1970s. Their cast iron and clay lines are now prone to scale, cracks and root intrusion.
Clay, silt and fine sand hold water and shift. Ground movement opens pipe joints and lets soil and roots in.
Irrigated yards and big shade trees send roots straight for sewer joints. Roots that return every year need a joint sealed, not just cut.
Soft ground can settle under a sewer line and leave a low spot where waste collects. A camera measures the sag before we recommend a fix.
Industrial and warehouse properties near the Zaragoza Port of Entry need floor drains and main lines kept clear for daily operations.

Scheduled jetting and camera checks for Lower Valley businesses, warehouses and rental properties.

Find sewer gas leaks in older homes and buildings, from cracked pipe to failed vents.

Seal cracked and root-damaged lines from the inside without digging up the yard or driveway.
Four documented steps, from our shop to your line.
A camera goes into the line first to find the exact problem and where it is.
You get photos, video and a plain-English explanation of what we found and your repair options.
Jetting, lining or a trenchless repair, whichever solves the cause, not just the symptom.
We run the camera again after the work and document the result for your records.
Plenty of plumbers guess. We document. That’s why property managers and restaurant operators keep calling us back.

After each inspection you receive the footage, still photos of each problem, and our recommendation in writing. Share it with your owner, your insurer or your contractor.
If a line only needs cleaning, we won’t sell you a replacement. The camera decides, not the invoice.
We work with Spartan Tool and attend the WWETT Show every year to stay current on inspection and cleaning technology.
Operations are led by Licensed Master Plumber Ubaldo Torres, who oversees diagnostics and quality on every project.

Yes. Our shop is at 8408 Valdespino Street, El Paso, TX 79907, so most Lower Valley and Mission Valley addresses are close by.
We serve ZIP codes 79907 and 79915, including Ysleta, Alta Vista, Cedar Grove Park, Del Norte Heights, Hacienda Heights, Hidden Valley, Loma Terrace, Mesa Vista, Thomas Manor, Rosedale Manor, San José and Walnut Acres.
Many homes here were built from the 1950s to the 1970s with cast iron or clay pipe. The valley’s clay-rich, often wet soil shifts over time, which opens joints and lets roots in. A camera inspection shows exactly where it’s happening.
Yes. We jet floor drains and main lines and inspect lines for warehouses and industrial buildings, including properties near the Zaragoza Port of Entry.
El Paso Water serves areas inside the city limits, and Lower Valley Water District serves many areas outside them, including colonias southeast of Loop 375. Either way, the service line on your property is yours, and that’s the line we inspect and repair.
It depends on the pipe, depth and the kind of repair, so we inspect first. We run a camera, show you the footage, and give you a written quote before any work starts. Lining is often an option on older Lower Valley lines and saves digging up yards and driveways.
If the pipe still holds its shape, lining usually costs less and avoids excavation. If a section has collapsed, has a deep belly, or the grade is wrong, that section needs to be replaced. The camera footage makes the choice clear, and we explain the trade-offs before you decide.
They can. Flood irrigation and mature trees are common here, and roots follow moisture right into cracked joints. Once inside, they grow into a mat that catches waste. We cut the roots with a jetter, then line the pipe so they can’t get back in.
It depends on your provider. Inside city limits, El Paso Water explains what the owner and the utility each cover, and in areas served by a water district the district sets its own rules. In most cases the private line from your building to the main is the owner’s. We locate your tie-in so you know which side a problem is on.
